Lead UX Designer, Kentico, Brno.

Product - Kentico Kontent (now Kontent.ai).
Focused on solving user problems, enhancing the design system, and advocating for inclusive products.
My most recent project involved a comprehensive product redesign. As the Lead UX Designer, I was directly responsible for ensuring product consistency, refining the design system, and enhancing the overall user experience. This project was a collaborative effort alongside fellow designers, researchers, and developers.

2013–2015

UX Designer, Mavenir, Brno.

Projects - various telecom dashboards.
UX team of one - I was responsible for the whole design process and learned a lot along the way.
UX research, design, and evaluation.

2011–2013

UX & UI Designer, Celebrio, Brno.

OS for elderly people.
I co-founded this start-up with friends during studies.
UX and UI design (surveys, qualitative interviews, personas, paper prototyping, high fidelity prototyping, usability testing, heuristic evaluation).
Team leading and mentoring (I led team of five designers).

2018

Tutor and mentor of comprehensive UX course, Czechitas, Brno.

The course consisted of eight weeks of talks, homeworks, and coaching. I was a teacher in two of them - design principles and usability testing.

2014

Tutor of Practical UX Course, Masaryk University, Brno.

In two days, we went trough the whole UX design process and tried several methods with my supervision.

2010–2017
